行政长官通过行政长官命令履行其行政职能，并可将职责委托给高级管理团队和其他高级职员。 首席执行官命令每月向民选会员提供。 The Chief Executive & the Senior Management Team are responsible for implementing the decisions of the elected Council for assisting the Council in setting its strategic direction and the day to day operations of the Council business including the performance management and leadership & the development of their staff.
